CONSTRUCTION/REHABILITATION OF FLOOD MITIGATION FACILITIES WITHIN
MAJOR RIVER BASINS AND PRINCIPAL RIVERS: CONSTRUCTION OF CAGAYAN RIVER
FLOOD CONTROL PROJECT (ROXAS SECTION), NAGUILIAN, ISABELA

Sir:

This has reference with the subject on the project that was awarded to our firm. It is our desire
to start the project the soonest but last February 22, 2018, my Field Engineer and your Project
Engineer conducted/attended a dialogue with the farmers and local officials who are affected on
the proposed access road had not come to an agreement on the cost of payment on their affected
corn plants (see attached photos). Also, the way leading to the project is so narrow and there is
existing electric post that should be relocated. Due to these reasons, the officials agreed to
conduct another dialogue to resolve these problems.
