(referred to hereinafter as “CoinPip”).

In consideration of CoinPip providing the services requested by me under the CoinPip Terms
and Conditions of Service (governing the CoinPip Digital Currency Concierge Services
(“Services”), and in order to facilitate the provision of the Services by CoinPip, I hereby
agree:

1. Effective from the date hereof, to authorise, fully empower and appoint CoinPip as my
agent to act on my behalf and in my name, by giving such instructions to any third parties
as CoinPip may deem reasonably necessary (using any means of communication that
CoinPip may deem appropriate, including written or electronic means, email or
telephone), in order to perform the acts and undertake the actions stated in paragraph 2,
subject always to the CoinPip Terms and Conditions of Service (governing the CoinPip
Digital Currency Concierge Services) and any other applicable terms and conditions, as
these may be revised, amended, supplemented or modified from time to time.

2. CoinPip is authorised, fully empowered and hereby appointed as my agent to do any of

the following acts if CoinPip, at its sole and absolute discretion, deem such acts to be
reasonably necessary for the purpose of performing the Services:

(a) Open or create, operate or close one or more accounts in my name as may, at
CoinPip’s discretion, be reasonably required, with third party bitcoin exchanges that
may be located or operate anywhere throughout the world, to give effect to and
enable the delivery of the Services requested by me/us from time to time;

(b) Give instructions (using any means of communication that CoinPip may deem
appropriate, including written or electronic means, email or telephone) to, and
receive communications from, one or more bitcoin exchanges that may be located or
operate anywhere throughout the world, on my behalf and in my name, to give effect
to and enable the delivery of the Services requested by me/us from time to time;

(c) Receive or communicate the information (which I/we may choose to provide from
time to time) relating to the bank account(s) I/we have nominated to make payments
or transfers of money, or to receive payments or transfers of money, solely to give
 effect to and enable the delivery of the Services requested by me/us from time to
time;

(d) To purchase or acquire and to sell, exchange, lease, dispose of, and deal with
bitcoins or transfers of funds on my behalf (including to or from third parties);

(e) To demand and receive from all persons, firms, companies or other bodies making
payment or the transfer of funds to me all bitcoins or money that may be paid or
transferred, and to give and execute all necessary receipts and discharges for the
same with authority to give time for payment, or to institute and prosecute any legal
or other proceedings authorized by law for obtaining payment of the same which
may seem proper or expedient to CoinPip, as my agent;

(f) To sign, make and execute all such contracts, deeds, agreements and documents as
shall be reasonably necessary or expedient in relation to the Services;

(g) Generally, to act as agent for me/us and to execute and perform on my behalf, all
lawful and reasonable acts as may be reasonably necessary to perform the Services.

For the avoidance of doubt, references to bitcoin in this paragraph shall also apply to,
and include, other cryptocurrencies that may exist at the time this Agency Agreement
is executed, or which may come into existence thereafter.

3. I confirm that the relationship between CoinPip and me is that of principal and agent,
and that CoinPip, as my agent is expressly authorised and empowered to enter into
legally binding relationships on my behalf within the scope of this Agency Agreement.

4. I confirm that such authority shall remain in full force and effect and be binding on me
until receipt by you of instructions from me to the contrary (such instruction to be
given electronically, in the manner provided by CoinPip’s software application or
website). I further agree to ratify and confirm whatsoever CoinPip shall do or purport
to do in furtherance of or in relation to the provisions herein.

5. I further confirm that I shall be bound by and that you shall not incur any liability
whatsoever to me or any other party whatsoever by reason of your acting in
accordance with the exercise of any or all of the above authority and powers given by
me.
 

*Where the applicant is an organisation, references to “I” mean that organisation. Wherethe
applicant is an individual, references to “I” means that individual..
