Accused, who is detained for another offense, appeared without a lawyer

Office.

After conferring with the accused, they announced their readiness for
Arraignment.

When arraigned of the Information in the dialect the accused speaks and
understands, he pleaded Not Guilty.

Complainant Isagani Rama and the accused are referred to the Philippine
Mediation Center for Mediation on 9 December 2017, at 9:00 in the morning, and
to return to court on 15 January 2018, at 8:30 o’clock in the morning, for Judicial
Dispute Resolution.

The Warden is directed to return the accused on said date, and to bring him
to the PMC for the mediation proceedings.

Attorney’s Office, the accused was arraigned of the Information in the dialect he
speaks and understands and pleaded Guilty.

With his voluntary plea of guilt, accused is found guilty of the crime of
Other Light Threats as charged in the Information, and is sentenced to pay a Fine
in the amount of Two Hundred Pesos (Php 200.00) with subsidiary imprisonment
in case of insolvency.

Upon manifestation by the Trial Prosecutor that the complainant, Ma.


Diana Berja, that they are waiving the civil aspect herein, no pronouncement is
made thereon.
