This my company structure organization, it has five positions, they are one
president directure, one internal auditor, three directures. The president directure Mr.
Setiawan is task plan development and business firms in the short term and long
provide accountability reports to the general meeting of shareholders (AGM) is fully
responsible for his duties in the interests of the company in achieving its purposes. He
isoversees director of purchasing and warehouse, director of administration and
finance, marketing director. He is also responsible to commissioners.

The second position Internal Auditor wich is managed by Mr. Fauzan. He is respossibe
for develop and implement internal audit plans to test and evaluate the implementation
of internal control and risk management systems according to company policy
inspection and assessment of the efficiency and effectiveness in finance, accounting,
operations, HR, marketing, IT. Make activities & deliver against these statements. He is
also responsible to managing director and the board of commissioners.

The third position Director of purchasing and warehouse wich is managed by Mr.
Ahmad. He is responsible for Signing all matters of purchasing, receiving, and
warehouse. Responsible for all matters related to the purchase. He is also responsible to
managing director.

The fourth postion Director of administration and finance wich is managed by Ms. Asmi
Astutiawan. She is responsible for conduct research and financial analysis including tax
issues reverify all evidence of cash, cash receipts and disbursements verify all cash sales
books, sales invoices and purchase orders, as well as evidence of the company's goods to
consumers. She is also responsible to managing director.

The fifth position marketing director wich is managed by Mr. Faturrahman. He is

responsible for Plan and formulate strategic policy monitoring and direct marketing
menangkut throughout the process of division, directorate of strategic marketing
coordination between directorates, provide input on major director in deciding matters
related to marketing. He is also responsible to managing director.

The Director of purchasing and warehouse is assisted by three supervisior. The

supervisor are parts purchasing, parts receiving, warehouse.

The Director of administration and finance is assisted by three supervisior. The

supervisior are Department personnel and the public, the finance department, the
accounting department.

The marketing director is assisted by two supervisior. The super visior are sales
department, promotion department.
