Mrs Susan 35 years with a medical diagnosis of having a stroke. Patients experience weakness and
joint stiffness. Interventions thet have been given are done ROM. Doctors refer patients to get
treatment from a therapist.
In Doctor room,
Nurse 1 : Her nutrition is better, her vital sign is better too. Patinet has started to eat
Doctor : Patient was diagnosted stroke. Her left leg and left hand is fatique. I will

Doctor : ok nurse, please do your best and bring this referral letter.
Nurse 1 meets nurse2, nurse 3,and nurse 4 to tell the result of his discussion with doctor.
Nurse 1 : I have met doctor to discuss about our patient, Mrs.Susan. Doctor suggest
