This Judicial Affidavit of SPO4 ALEXIS GOTIDOC, the Arresting officer, is

executed to serve as his direct testimony in the instant case.

This Judicial Affidavit is being offered to prove:

A) All the allegations in the Petition including all annexes appended

thereto and which were already marked as exhibits during the Pre-
Trial of this case;

B) All other related matters, facts and circumstances relevant and

material to this case.

This Judicial Affidavit was taken at the office of Atty. Ronald Allan Ydia at
Ydia and Associates Law Offices, Unit 1002, Richville Corporate Tower, Alabang-
Zapote Road, Muntinlupa City

Questions were propounded by Atty. Ronald Allan Ydia and these questions
are numbered consecutively and each question is followed by the answer of the
witness.

1. Do you swear to tell the truth and nothing but the truth?

I do.

2. Are you aware that you may face criminal liability for false testimony or

perjury if you will not tell the truth?

I am.

3. Please state your name, age address and occupation?

I am Alexis Gotidoc, 39 yrs old, married, and residing at 256 BF

Homes, Paranaque City

4. Are you the same Alexis Gotidoc, the arresting officer in this case?

Yes.

5. How long have you been a police officer?

About 9 years, I started 2005

6. Have you handled a case about drugs before?

Yes, I have handled plenty of drugs cases before.

7. Please tell me what are the nature of the drugs cases you have handled
before

Mostly buy-bust operations and a few illegal possession cases

8. Are you aware of the drug case involving Mike Arrovo?

Yes, I am one of the arresting officers involved in that case

9. I am showing to you a joint affidavit (Exhibit A) executed on February 16,

2014. Are you the same SPO4 Alexis Gotidoc who executed the same?

Yes, I am the same SPO4 Alexis Gotidoc who signed the affidavit

10. Could you please tell me the reason why you executed that affidavit

The affidavit is used to narrate the facts which transpired leading to

the arrest of Mr. Mike Arrovo

11. A certain SPO1 Don Kwan Jr is also named in the said Affidavit, do you know
him?

Yes, he is my partner in the Muntinlupa Police District for two years

now.

12. Did you attach any supporting documents to be used as your evidence in
the affidavit?

Yes, we attached supporting documents

13. What are those documents?

We attached photographic evidence of the Seized Shabu (Exhibit B),

the mug shot of Mike Arrovo (Exhibit C), Actual photo of the house subject
to the search warrant (EXHIBIT D), Conduct of Orderly Search (EXHIBIT E),
Chain of Custody form (EXHIBIT F)

Affiant further sayeth naught.
