Job Responsibilities

1. Preparation & Execution of market research projects initiated internally or through external agencies by
ensuring better coordination across internal and external stakeholders. Ensure meeting stipulated
timelines for all such projects.
2. Working on Review format/MIS (preparation and backup)
3. Creation & maintenance of monthly data reports.
4. Creation of presentations and presenting to internal business teams with in-depth analysis and
actionable.
5. Preparing and sharing of key business insights after IMS data release.
6. Conducting field work on specific internal /external marketing issues and presenting the summary of
findings to relevant stakeholders.
7. Work closely with Product Management teams to help them understand & extract market data from
various reports. Train new joiners on understanding and using of various market research reports
8. Working on business data forecasting using statistical models as and when needed.
9. To be a team player and contributing significantly for success of the department
10. Ensuring timeliness in responding to the queries raised by internal stakeholders.

Education/Qualifications

Essential: Desirable:

B. Pharm/BSC , MBA, equivalent management Degree in statistics, MBA in Pharma management


degree

Work Experience

At least 8-10 years in Pharmaceutical industry

Skills & Competencies

Pharma Industry knowledge and understanding of its dynamics, Understanding of the


therapies prescribed by doctors across diseases categories, Statistical Methods used in Market
Research, Computer knowledge and expertise in working with MS-office. Knowledge of VBA
Macros is desirable.
