This letter has been written to confirm Alana Millard’s role in the executive council of the
Education Undergraduate Society at the University of Lethbridge.

Alana has demonstrated consistent professional behaviour throughout her terms as Director of
Volunteer Experiences and Vice President, Internal of the EUS. As Director of Volunteer
Experiences, Alana was responsible for connecting students with volunteer opportunities in and
around the Lethbridge community. She worked effectively and communicated professionally with
a variety of community members. Serving three terms as Vice President, Internal, her main
responsibilities included coordinating fundraising activities, acting as liaison with the Faculty of
Education, and serving as a public relations officer for the EUS. Finally, Alana has engaged as a
student representative in professional gatherings such as the Student Local Conference in
Edmonton.

As I have grown to know Alana, I have witnessed her impressive drive and work ethic. She accepts
responsibilities with vigor and works hard to complete every task she encounters. I am confident
that she will make an excellent future teacher.
