As a Vyre myrmidon, the
Daemon lacks force fields but
has higher ARM and more hull
boxes than House Shyeel
heavies. Vyre myrmidons are
also slightly slower, though
their MAT and RAT are the
same—good and okay
respectively. Expect to boost to
hit with the Vortex Cannon
almost every time.

Highborn Covenant Vortex Blast – If it directly hits an enemy model, don't roll damage. Instead,
Puppet Masters first push all models within 2" of the hit model directly towards it by 2" in any
Searforge Commission order you want. Then center a 3" AOE on the model directly hit. All models in

the AOE suffer a damage roll with a POW equal to the POW of the Vortex
Cannon.

Thornfall Alliance Thoughts on the Daemon
The Daemon is kind of a mixed bag; a 'jack designed for melee combat and equipped for
ranged combat. It doesn't hit as hard as a true melee brawler, but it will still easily pulp solos.
Its gun is essentially a 10" hand cannon with a neat effect to clear out clumps of infantry,
but it may require constant attack roll boosts to be effective. The Daemon is flexible,
however, fully capable of mulching infantry and the odd medium-weight solo or light
Newbie Page 'jack/beast. Its Blessed fists mean that you can run it into those Man-O-War Shocktroopers
with Iron Flesh and hit them on 5s instead of 8s.

 Tournament Analysis efficiently prune down infantry swarms. Likewise, you can yank anything with Stealth or
Army List Builders high DEF into the blast if they're foolish enough to hang out near low DEF models. This

Theme Forces Deneghra1 or the Old Witch. The bigger—and lower-DEF—the target for this, the better.

pulling your opponent's models out of position forces a reaction, and it only gets worse
when combined with other area effect abilities.

Ravyn
Locomotion lets the Daemon reposition and still get the aiming bonus. Her feat is useful for
focus efficiency, as it is with any ranged attack.

Issyria, Sibyl of Dawn

Blinding Light makes things easier to hit, and Ancillary Attack doubles the damage output.
Under the feat hilarious amounts of infantry murder.
