COLD CREAM

The preparation of the cold cream embodies an explanation of the saponification of fatty
acid with an alkali and the emulsification of the oil and water to form a stable emulsion.
This emulsion was proved to be one of the water-in-oil type as addition to further water
caused the latter to separate, whereas the addition of oil increased the oily layer of the
“water-in-oil” emulsion. Oil can be added to perfectly balanced “water-in-oil” emulsion
but water cannot.
The name “cold cream” derives from the cooling feeling that the cream leaves on the
skin. Cold cream is mainly used for skin treatment (such as a facial mask or lip balm),
due to its moisturizong properties. It can also be used to remove makeup and as shaving
cream.

Wine (from Latin vinum) is an alcoholic beveragemade from grapes, generally Vitis

Different varieties of grapes and strains of yeasts produce different styles of wine.
Wines can trigger the positive emotions in a short period of time, such as relaxed and
comfortable. The context and quality of wine can affect the mood and emotions, too
