    -high -nod3d9ex -nojoy -threads (Number of cpu cores here) -noforcemparms


    -noforcemaccel -novid -refresh (Monitor refresh rate) -freq (Refresh rate again)
    +mat_queue_mode 2 +exec autoexec.cfg

    For me i have 6 cores, and a 144HZ monitor, so my launch options look like this

    -high -nod3d9ex -nojoy -threads 6 -noforcemparms -noforcemaccel -novid -refresh 144


    -freq 144 +mat_queue_mode 2 +exec autoexec.cfg
