DEED OF DONATION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, SAM MILBY, Filipino, of legal age, married to LEONARDO S. DORAISAMY with
postal address at MAKATI CITY, MANILA, hereinafter referred to as the DONOR, and
IGLESIA NI CRISTO; a religious organization located at MAKATI City, Bohol, as
represented by its duly authorized representative, their pastor, Pastor HOLY ME
with postal address at STA ROSA, MANILA as hereinafter called the DONEE, witnesseth:

That the DONOR is the true and absolute owner of a TWO-STORY BUILDING which
is constructed over a registered parcel of land, under her name, covered by TCT No.
123456, more particularly described as follows:

That the DONOR is willing to donate the SECOND FLOOR OF THE SAID
BUILDING INCLUDING THE COMFORT ROOM found therein which would be
utilized and used as the church and the comfort room;

That as an act of generosity with its growing belief and awareness of the DONEE’S
spiritual faith and convictions, coupled with the DONOR’S willingness to assist and
support its meaningful programs and activities, as well as to further foster camaraderie
and friendship, the DONOR, voluntarily GIVES, TRANSFERS, and CONVEYS by
way of DONATION, unto the said DONEE the SECOND FLOOR OF THE SAID
BUILDING INCLUDING THE COMFORT ROOM found therein, free from all liens and
encumbrances and full warranty of title and possession under the law;

That the DONOR affirms that this donation is not made with intent to deceive her
creditors, and that she has reserved for herself sufficient funds and property;

That the DONEE hereby accepts and receives this donation made in their favor by the
DONOR, and hereby manifests their gratefulness for the latter's generosity.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, both the DONOR & DONEE have hereunder subscribed their
