yes of course, thank for opurtunity, my name is Ni Nyoman Triarmila Yanti, I’m 20 years
old, I live at kaba-kaba village, district of Kediri, Tabanan. That all thank you.

2. How much time do you spend for your family ?

I spend my time every weekend for my family.

3. Could you tell me what kind of person are you ?

Yes of course, I am a person who does not like to be slow in terms of work and I include
people who are disciplined with time.

4. What are you parents occupation ?

My parents occupation is, my mother is a housewife and my father is a entrepreneur.

5. Do you live whit your parents ?

Yes, I live with my parents but during my college I was often away with my parents

I was born at 07 mei 1997

7. What is your status ?

I’m single.

8. Is your coupel marrid ? any problem with that ?

No, I don’t have husband, so I don’t have any experience about that.

9. Do you have any physical or emotion handicaps whish might hamper your
performance on job ?
I don’t have physical defect in the body and I have no mental disorders.

Yes, because I already have a certificate of gradution and deserve to work in the hospital.

working world?
I have education and trainings in the field of nursing and I have also been practicing to
several hospital in Bali.

work?
Before thank you that il will happen I will soon work and start a new experience in this

4. In what specific of nursing department you wanna work ?

I really want to woek in the surgery room, in the addition to getting a lot knowledge, in
the operating room we will also know the types of diseases that need handling surgery.

1. How does your previous experience relate to the jobs we have here ?
My experience during practice was amazing, I got new experience, new stories, new
friend in my life. During practice I always learn to understand the diseases I have treated
during practice.

2. Why were you interested to working for this company ?

I really admire this hospital, in addition on this hospital is type A and the most complete
hospital in Bali. Ireally want to get know this hospital more and get more experience in
this hospital.
 3. How did you get into the type of work you are doing now ?
I am here because from the beginning I was in nursing and I really want to be here to start
a new experience.

4. What have been the biggest frustrations in your career ?

In my carrer certainly would have experienced frustration where I feel is not able
maximally do the task given to me and I feel failed.

The failures I have ever felt were not maximally in charge, but from there I leraned to be

My main strength is staying confident, disciplined, daring to argue as long as the things
we do are right

I will try divide the time first, as long as I can manage the time, I certainly can while
learning to add the ability that I have with how to keep learning.

My weakness is I am the type who is not easy to get along, but over time I started
learning to socialize with people because my work is to meed people.

Communication is the thing of everything, in good relationships must have good
communication.

Which makes good managers is disciplined and responsible, and always motivate
subordinates to remain optimal in good performance.

My plan for the future is to be a successful person, able to make parents happy and
married

This hospital is a central hospital in Bali, of course everyone really want to work here
because here a lot of science and experience very good.

I will ask for help to the nearest person, screaming all about the problem that I
experienced, may make me better to face the problem

Supervision is important, but certainly not all should be supervised, because after the

Back to the beginning, I really want to be here because I’ve been thingking about this
from the beginning and really want to join this hospital.
 2. Do you have any analytical mind ?
Each person must have thought analysis, this is very important especially for a nurse,
because nurses will be tasked to analysis a disease in patients who will be treated.

3. What experience have you had supervising people with advanced degrees?
I am so sorry because I have never watched anyone.

4. What do you think it takes for a person to be successful?

A person can be successful because of the determination, hard work, can be responsible
and able to think about the shortcomings and advantages of the work in progress.

I’m sorry, i can’t describe my selft about manage another people, but I cant do the best
for this.

I think is very important, but it can not be separated from trying when we have tried, of
