in the following challenging position:
Senior Analyst – IT Risk
Job Purpose:
Repor ting to the Head of Risk, this position will be responsible for identifying, assessing and monitoring risks associated
with IT systems and operations across the Group and recommend changes in policies and procedures with the objective
of managing risk exposures within agreed risk appetite level, and in accordance with regulatory guidelines, Group’s
policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exper t advice and guidance to improve the IT Risk Management Framework consistent with industry practice
• Propose mitigation strategies and amendments to policies, systems and processes to address current and emerging IT risks
• Monitor compliance with the Group’s risk guidelines & policies and regulations
• A ssess the business continuity implications of proposed technological or organizational changes and recommend
relevant changes to the existing plans
• Assess new products, systems and procedures and propose mitigating measures to lessen the risk exposure to the Group
• Par tner with Information Security specialists & IT to ensure system vulnerabilities are identif ied, assessed, remediated
and monitored
• Ensure that IT continuity and recovery action plans are kept up to date and ref lective of business requirements and
environmental change
• Provide suppor t to the Risk Management Team in conducting risk assessments and in addressing control def iciencies
• Promote an effective and pragmatic risk management culture within the organisation

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

• Degree in Computer Science or related f ield
• 5+ years in IT related position
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to persuade and inf luence others
• Knowledge of technological development / trends in the banking and f inancial industry
• Knowledge and understanding of the local regulatory requirements
• Good understanding and knowledge of internal control systems, Enterprise Risk Management concepts, frameworks
and methodologies
• Knowledge and experience in Information Security or IT Auditing will be an advantage
