Service Technician III/Inside Sales Rep II- United Rentals (November 2014-May 2016)
Perform maintenance and repairs of equipment in a safe and professional manner with
independent judgment.
Maintain and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on a
variety of rental and customer equipment and tools.
Responsible for service documentation, the training of lower level technicians as
needed, demonstration of equipment for customer use, and occasional travel to
customer sites.

Environmental Control Systems equipment.
Ensured safety procedures were practiced according to FM 10-67-1 standards.
Technically competent on the operations and maintenance of material handling
equipment (MHE), and the fabrication of hydraulic hoses for high pressure applications.
Led numerous patrols in the Afghanistan theatre of operation while assigned as team
leader of the Quick Reaction Force. My leadership helped ensure the safety of soldiers
and civilians while overcoming numerous language and cultural barriers with the local
population.
