From August 2017 to February 2018, Mrs. Gaddis passionately served the students at Dimon Magnet Academy. High expectations of self and students, skilful organization and preparation, and effective curriculum implementation are qualities that resonated throughout her work. During her tenure at Dimon, Mrs. Gaddis taught fourth grade math, The grade level was departmentalized so Mrs. Gaddis taught the residential, inclusion, and magnet classes.
