NARRATIVE REPORT

Mechaela was assessed to determine her developmental


condition and achievement level.
We assessed her in mathematics and vocabulary. We give her
paper and pencil test and she answer it properly. We present
mathematical problems; we used shapes with colors that represent
the numbers of each problem. This subject is not really her favorite
but she has an idea how to answer it.

TYPE OF TEST AND THE MATERIALS

This test is used to enhance her mathematical intelligence and


to improve her vocabulary and language skills. It composed of 5
items in math and 10 items in vocabulary. We present real objects
and pictures for representation.

ASSESSMENT PROPER

We play with her to build rapport and gain trust from her.
After playing we let her take a rest and snacks. After a while we
open a topic on what is her favorite subject and she answer she likes
everything. We ask her teacher if we can give her an activity for
assessment purposes. And teachers Lutz allow us to give an activity
to Mechaela.

At exactly 4 pm we give her the paper and pencil test and she
answer it properly and correctly. While answering the test she
didn’t even ask questions. After answering we give her the price
(hello kitty pen).

EVALUATION AND RECOMMENDATION

 Watching T.V. shows and films appropriate for her age.
