DESCRIPTION:
Jet nozzles are used in applications require the supply
air from the diffuser has to travel a long distance to the
required air conditioned area, such as sport halls,
airports, large rooms ,mosques,etc.
Many factors could effect the direction, and length of
this air stream such us air velocity from the nozzle, air
flow, temperature difference between the supply air
and the room, and local convection effects or draughts
within the room.

DANIA jet nozzles are designed to be manually

adjusted in any direction for an angle of ± 30° in order
to minimize these factors, and direct the supply air to
the desired location. Normally the jet nozzles should
be adjusted upwards (for cooling), and downwards (for
heating).

NOISE LEVEL :
Although DANIA Jet Nozzles has a high discharge
velocity, the streamline aerodynamic design and
complete absence of obstruction in the air stream
results in low level rating. Which allow the utilization of
these jet nozzles in critical areas such as concert halls,
theaters, museums etc.

CONSTRUCTION:
DANIA jet nozzle is constructed with formed sheet
aluminum and consists of a aerodynamic spherical
discharge nozzle with :

1. Round housing.
2. Complete with a front mounting flange
3. Decorative ring.
4. Circular spigot for direct connection to a flexible
round duct. AVAILABLE SIZE DETAILS :

INSTALLATION :
Jet nozzles could be installed in the side walls, or on
the top of the areas. DANIA jet nozzles could be
installed easily by screwing or riveting the circular un
drilled flange to the wall, a sealing strip preferably to
be fitted first, then the decorative ring to be twist fixing
to cover the screws or rivets. Alternatively the jet
nozzle can be screw fixed to the duct side.
The spigot to be connected directly to spiral or flexible
circular ducts. The spigot diameter accepts standard
circular duct sizes.
FINISH :
AVAILABLE SIZES : The discharge nozzle, cover ring, round housing, and spigot.
6” (150mm), 8” (200mm), 10” (250mm), All are made of Aluminum, and colored with white RAL9010.
12” (300mm), and 16” (400mm) Other colors are available on
request.
