The files contained in this directory will upgrade any GenBroker

Communications v6.10, 6.11, 6.12 and 6.13 files to be compatible
with GENESIS32 v7.0. Only use these files if you need to communicate
with GENESIS32 V7.0 Products. There are several files included,
They are:

GenBroker.exe 6.15.103 - GenBroker server executable

GenBrokerDlg.dll 6.13.101 - GenBroker configurator resource file
GenClient.dll 6.15.117 - GenClient DLL file
GenClientU.dll 6.15.117 - Unicode GenClient DLL file [Only needed if already
present on system!]
MMXStub.dll 6.15.103 - Multimedia stub required for 6.1 AlarmWorX32 MMX
TagBrowser.dll 6.16.117 - Updated Universal Tag Browser file

To upgrade your system to be compatible with GenBroker 7.0 follow

these steps:

1. Backup your existing files to a backup directory or floppy disk.

2. Copy all the files from the CD "Tools\GEN32 V6.15 SP" directory.
3. Run Genbroker.exe to register this version
4. Your system is now upgraded to be compatible with GenBroker V7.0

1 When entering an invalid value, prompts twice with same error message
2 GraphWorX32 with GenBroker - static OPC values do not update correctly

6 GenBroker memory leak with three IE 5.5 clients switching displays

9 Alarm Viewer does not refresh if Alarm Server crashes then recovers
10 GenBroker support broken for historical trends
11 Tag Browser with GenBroker is extremely slow
12 Crash on mediator node when network connection is lost
13 Configurator does not show TCP/IP properties
14 Utilizing 90-95% CPU with 3-4 clients
15 When overloading system, GenBroker memory leaks and will eventually crash
16 Crash if NIC card is not present during installation
17 Configurator doesn't remember remote license and security information
19 GenBoker's NT service option will uncheck itself on changes to the

20 TrendWorX32 History tags - no browsing, no runtime access

23 Login.exe and GraphWorX32 crash when their security servers are rebooted
