The ability to use and create computerized services that are tailored to

our individual needs is a vital part of technology. A well-known global innovation

expert once showed that self-service and automation have brought about radical

developments in many industries. And with developing mobile connectivity

nowadays, you can also do huge numbers of these things through your phone or

any mobile gadget. (Carr, 2013)

Population of the Study

The target population for this study includes the first year students,

transferees, and the CARE Office Personnel of NORSU-BCC for the School Year

2017-2018. They are considered appropriate as population of the study

because they constitute the people that have recently experienced or

encountered the NORSU Entrance Examination.

Organizational Chart/Profile

There are two exams: the English Qualifying Exam and the Otis-Lennon

School Ability Test (OLSAT). After passing the college department interview,

incoming students will pay to the Cashier for the Admission Test. Then, they will

get the examination schedule from the CARE office. Exam results are released

after a week. Once results are released, the passers can start with the

enrollment process. However, because of the increasing number of incoming

students in each year, obtaining the exam results could be time-consuming and

requires additional manpower. Examinees also see it as a hassle because they

need to visit the school several times in order to complete the process. Manual

checking of papers could also be tedious because of a large number of takers.
