RE: Request for Work and Time Suspension

Madam:

This has reference to our on-going contract for the Construction of Bagumbayan Municipal
Operation Center including Site Development and Landscaping which was started on March 21, 2016.

In view of the forthcoming local and national elections on May 9, 2016, we would like to request
for work and time suspension effective to date until such time that a new set of local officials shall have
been elected, and for them to go over the details of the work while still in the initial progress.
