SUBJECT: KIDNAPPING AND SERIOUS ILLEGAL DETENTION

I. Time/Date/ Place Of Incident:

March 14, 2008, at about 11 p.m. in the City of Muntinlupa, Philippines

II. Victim/s:
1.) Rapunzel Dela Cruz, 20 years old,
born on February 14, 2008 after years of longing for a child.

III. Suspect/s:
Respondent is DAME GROTHEL REYES, is of legal age and with last
known address at 100 Don Manolo Blvd., Cupang, Muntinlupa.
IV. WITNESSES:
QUEEN MOTHER DELA CRUZ, of legal age, Filipino, married, and a
resident of 310 Acacia Ave., Ayala Alabang Hills Subdivision, Muntinlupa City.

V. Synopsis
That on or about March 14, 2008, at about 12 am., a Phone Call
received by this station informing that an alleged crime of KIDNAPPING AND
SERIOUS ILLEGAL DETENTION as provided for under Article 267 of the
Revised Penal Code of the Philippines was committed. Elements of this Station
together with the duty investigator immediately proceeded at said place. Initial
investigation conducted disclosed that On March 14, 2008, around 11 o’clock in the
evening, only one month after Queen Mother Dela Cruz has given birth, DAME
GROTHEL REYES suddenly showed up her house and took her baby girl without
the consent of the former.. Accused, DAME GROTHEL REYES locked the child up
inside her house in Cupang, Muntinlupa City with neither stairs nor a door, and
only one room and one window;
