INTRODUCTION:

Personalities can be analyzed based on personality traits and the core of one’s personality. Yes, it is
given that personality development adds galore and freshness to the existing personality, also making
it a whirlwind of positive attributes. But the inherent personality type is something that is distinct and
unique to each person. Though if a personality type, inherent as it may be, can be altered if it is a
difficult and negative one. The Personality Analysis is a test that examines and reflects your personality
traits. You can see what is the current state of your certainty, responsibility, stability, communication,
and more. Are you focused on your targets? are you withdrawn? are you happy or depressed? are you
inhibited?

INTERVIEW FOR PERSONALITY ANALYSIS WAS CONDUCTED WITH Muhammad Asif Raza:

He is currently a Chartered Accountant, and previously working in DENCOM as a Chief

Financial Officer.

Me: What is your full name?

Sir: Muhammad Asif Raza.

Me: What is your age?

Sir: 46

Me: How many family members?

Sir: Two sons, a Daughter, me and my wife.

Me: What is your educational history:

Sir:

- Matric from Government High School KotAddu.

- Diploma of commerce (D-COM) from Government Commercial College KotAddu.
- Bachelors of commerce (B-COM) from College of Commerce Multan.
- CA from Institute of Chartered Accountants Pakistan (ICAPS)
Me: what is your job background or history?

Sir:

- Did job in DENCOM Pakistan as a Chief Financial Officer.

- Now running my own Firm Asif Associates.

Me: What are your major habits?

Sir: Reading newspaper daily reading books, poetry and informative both in English and
Urdu.

Me: What were your goals in your childhood?

Sir: Abrupt answer that had no such goals to achieve in life in his childhood, but when
came in B-COM so thought to do MA-Economics as wanted to do job in STATE BANK but
done CA because he wants to fulfil his parents wish.

Me: The objective which you have achieved?

Sir:

- I wanted to start my own business and had started it.

Me: How have you achieved those objectives?

SIR: By hard work, Punctuality, struggle.

Me: Are you happy with your present situation?

Sir: Alhamdulillah I am very happy and satisfied by my present position as there is

always a struggle on having some other target.

Me: What’s your best childhood memory?

Sir: In RAMZAN, at the time of Aftari, he and his father go to mosque for offering prayer,
he offers his prayers in hurry so that he can go back and eat Aftari.
Me: What is your favorite music?

Sir: He mostly likes Folk music.

Me: If you could travel anywhere, where would you go?

Sir: He travel to MAKKAH because he thought it is the best place to go.

Me: Any message to give for Youth?

SIR: Do Hard Work So That They Can Achieve Their Goals

Me: This test shows that sir’s personality is quite interesting and he focuses on himself
as well as on others, helps them in difficulty manages his work and is enthusiastic as
well as responsible for his own acts.

CONCLUSION:

By this whole personality analysis, the conclusion that could be made is that either sir
was goal orientated but gradually he achieved high ranks in his profession and now
running a best frim in Islamabad. He is very caring towards his family and friends having
good knowledge about politics and Accountancy and he had started his own business.
