New Caregiver Pathway Program

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:
You will need to submit the following documents enable for us to start the process of your application under the
New Caregiver Pathway Program, you must provide the following documents and send to our email at:
info@joinallied.com).

Please NOTE that we will not start accepting your documents until you provide us the signed agreement.

1. A Résumé with Cover Letter–see guide below

2. Scanned Copy of Diploma;
3. Scanned Copy of Language testing – (it can be followed at a later date once you have the employer).
4. Scanned Copy of signed Contract between you and Allied Immigration Services (we will provide to you).

5. OPTIONAL: (not required if applying under Nursing Aide, Orderly or Patient Service Associates). Scanned Copy
of Approved RN of LPN License or Approved Eligibility to Write the Exam from Regulatory Body of Canada.
This is required when applying under Registered Nurse (RN) or License Practical Nurse (LPN) position, please
contacts us for more information on how to obtain the RN/LPN License or approved RN/LPN Pre-registration.

 Resume with Cover Letter (Canadian Style)- Clearly indicates the following: Full Name, Date of Birth,
Marital Status, Current Mailing Address, email address, contact number, Chronological record of all
colleges and universities attended, the major sought and/or degree granted, the years attended, most
recent job first, reference and contact information.

resume with Cover Letter. In Canada the resume and cover letter is the preferred way to connect with
potential employers. The Resume is the opposite of the CV as it heavily details past job experience and lists
educational credentials and achievements. Not only does a well written resume give employers the ability to

 Language testing (it can be followed at a later date once you have the employer). Language ability is
determined by the candidate sitting a standardized language test, the most common of which are the
IELTS-General or CELPIP for English and TEF for French. IELTS General is required for Immigration
process for LPN, Nursing Aide, Orderly and Patient Service Associate (IELTS General: Listening 5,
Reading 4, Writing 5, Speaking 5) and (IELTS General 6 points and all ability for RN). Please contact the
