Note: This residency has been carefully thought out as to when and
where you take courses. I have no personal agenda other than to see
you succeed. It is pretty much the road I followed. I have limited your
selection to a very few clinicians. You simply can’t take everyone.
There is zero doubt in my mind that you will ever go wrong with the
institutes chosen.
You will note on the Spear courses they are listed as seminars which
are two days and as of this writing $1,695.
There are also workshops. These are three days and $5,495. (I know!)
These are smaller than seminars and hands on so they are necessary.
If it is too taxing, then just extend your residency and take one per
year. Those of you that have tracked my philosophy and are aware of
what success I achieved, it wasn’t by accident. When you take these
courses, be prepared to learn ASAP; this isn’t a vacation. It’s your
personal perio/prosthetic residency.

New York NYU Implant Continuum (Two - Year program; approximately 60 sessions)
SURGICAL AND PROSTHETIC TREATMENT
This comprehensive, multi-disciplinary course will meet approximately 60 sessions over
a two-year period. Participants can expect to complete surgical and prosthetic treatment
on four patients. Patients are provided by New York University College of Dentistry. To

Year Three:
These will be given by Dr. Mike Pikos and Dental Xp. These courses will focus on
advanced bone grafting, sinus lifts and implants in the esthetic zone. It would be best to
reach out to me at this point in your journey.
