In one of the final part of thi erie I hall cover the northern part of
Toko, There i a whole unch of tore in thi large area o we had etter
get on with it… 

Toko i a huge cit and there are camera hop everwhere. The et wa
to think of it i a a erie of mall town, each with it own little tore (or
tore a the cae ma e). I am going to tr and reak it up into area to
make thing a little it eaier. e ure to check the map out a ome of the
tore are not o ea to find and thi will ecome invaluale for ou.
Ueno area 
The Ueno area i northeatern Toko i dominated  the park and the zoo, ut there i o
much more here than a unch of unhapp looking panda. There are camera hop galore
in the Ueno area! It i a reall nice area to explore a well, with the fantatic ide treet
and market that are contantl packed with people, ou are never going to e ored
around here. Ueno i alo convenientl erviced with everal train and metro line. There
i a pletora of electronic tore along the acktreet, ut the are mainl catering to the
digital compact market. The main tore in the area are actuall not all that ea to find,
o ou had etter ut out the map or martphone and make a lit.

ide treet near to Okachimachi tation on the JR line. It i a watch and camera hop, a
ou can ee from the photo there i a fine clock in the window. The don’t have a maive
election, ut the item that the do have are in fantatic condition. The price are ver
reaonale and the ometime knock a it off too if ou are polite.

can have a nice urger after ou have een hopping. hinahi Ichi keep a wide
election of gear and the have a nice election of medium and wide format camera and
lene. The are a reall nice unch of people and are happ to anwer quetion aout
an of their item. The are ver familiar with foreign cutomer, o ou houldn’t have
an prolem.

Akihaara Area 
o far thi route ha taken ou on a little troll out of Ueno and ou are going to e
heading in the direction of Akihaara, which jut o happen to e our next detination.
Akihaara i the famed electronic ditrict and i omewhere that everone hould viit
on a trip to Japan. Over the recent ear it ha ecome more of a mecca for the manga
and maid cafe follower, ut there are till ome good camera hop to e een here.

unle ou knew the opening of the uilding, which i wh I am poting the picture of the
entrance too. It i right next to Akihaara tation and reall i omewhere that ou
hould viit. It i a great little tore with a nice election of item. The taff are ver
pleaant and there are ome argain to e had there from time to time. 

There are electronic hop on either ide of the entrance and there i a Gorilla Curr
retaurant right next to that, o that can e our viual cue to find the place. Check their
ite too and ou will ee more picture of how to get there.

Nihin i one of m favorite camera hop in the whole of Toko. The taff are great, the
election i great and it i in a good location. The often have ome great deal and the
have a high turnover, o ou can often find ome reall intereting item there. It i nice
that it i in Akihaara too, o ou can have a walk around after ou have een there.

A friend recommended Lemon Camera in Ginza, and it certainl wa worth a look around
for Leica memorie.

I wih I had een our ite efore I wa in Toko lat week. I pent a da in the Ueno area
and mied all the hop ou lited. Next time.

Thank for the info. I went to the couple cloe to Akihaara ut the hop were quite
mall. If m ta in Toko had een a little longer I would have ventured to a few other.
