Nutrition Project

Client Information: 
Jenna is a Sophomore at Coventry High School. She dances four to five nights a 
week at Toriography Dance Center in Vernon, CT. Jenna also helps with Unified 
Basketball which usually meets at least once a week.She also enjoys to run, though 
she does not get to as much as she would like. Jenna is Student Council President 
and is also in the CHS Band. She admits to not always being a healthy eater but she 
is usually lightly active to regularly active on a daily basis.  

Goals: 
1. To maintain her weight in a healthy way 

Exercise: 
Jenna dances four to five nights a week in Vernon at Toriography Dance Center. On 
weekdays, she is there Monday through Wednesday, ranging from two to three 
hours a night. On the weekend, she is there always on Saturdays and occasionally 
on Sundays, ranging from four to six hours a day. For Unified Basketball, the 
practices are one hour after school, once a week. Games for this are usually one 
hour, once every couple weeks.
