2. acquire the necessary knowledge and skills in planning and implementation of


procurement management.

This course provides an overview of the project procurement management. Project
procurement management is one of the important aspects to be considered in order for
ensuring project success. It is important to choose the right procurement system to avoid
problems in a project.
