1. View User Account Details


A. Click the drop-down button beside the account name on the upper right of the
screen
B. Click User Details

2. Modify Account Settings


A. Click the drop-down button beside the account name on the upper right of the
screen
B. Click Settings
i. Change Username
1. Input new username
2. Click Save Changes
3. Prompts with a success message if changes have been done and
with an error message if not
ii. Change Password
1. Input old password
2. If old password is incorrect, prompts with “Incorrect old
password” and go back to 1.
3. Input new password
4. Click Save Changes
5. Prompts with a success message if changes have been done and
with an error message if not
iii. Change User Image
1. Choose image to upload
2. Click Save Changes
3. Prompts with a success message if changes have been done and
with an error message if not

3. Logout
A. Click the drop-down button beside the account name on the upper right of the
screen

A. Input account details (username & password)

2. Manage Accounts
A. Click the Manage Accounts link on the left menu
B. The List of System Accounts will be displayed
C. View Account Details
i. Click the drop-down button named “Actions” and click View
D. Add Account for User
i. Click the Add Account button
ii. Input necessary information
iii. Click Save Changes
iv. Prompts with a success message if account creation is successful and
with an error message if not
E. Edit Account Details
i. Click the drop-down button named “Actions” and click Edit
ii. Input preferred changes
iii. Click Save Changes
iv. Prompts with a success message if editing of account is successful and

F. Deactivating Account
i. Click the drop-down button named “Actions” and click Deactivate
ii. Prompts with a confirmation message
iii. Click Yes, Deactivate Account!
iv. Prompts with a success message if account deactivation is successful

G. Activating Account
i. Click the drop-down button named “Actions” and click Activate
ii. Prompts with a confirmation message
iii. Click Yes, Activate Account!

3. Manage Permissions
A. Click the Manage Permissions link on the left menu
B. The list of registered system accounts will be displayed
C. View Permissions
i. Click the drop-down button named “Actions” and click View
permissions
ii. List of Permissions will be displayed alongside check boxes to indicate
whether a certain permission is granted or not
D. Edit Permissions
i. Click the drop-down button named “Actions” and click Edit
permissions
ii. Check or uncheck necessary permissions to be granted
iii. Click Save Changes
iv. Prompts with a success message if editing of permissions is successful
and with an error message if not

4. Manage Activity Logs


A. Click the Manage Activity Logs link on the left menu
B. The list of registered system accounts will be displayed
C. View Activity Logs
i. Click the View All Activity Logs button
ii. The List of Activity Logs will be displayed
iii. Delete Activity Logs
1. Click the delete button
2. Prompts with a success message if deleting of activity log is
successful and with an error message if not

i. Click the Add Sport Event button inside a certain sport’s box
ii. Input necessary information

E. Edit Sport Information
i. Click the green button with a pencil icon inside a certain sport’s box
ii. Input necessary changes
iii. Click Save Changes
iv. Prompts with a success message if editing of sport information is
successful and with an error message if not
F. Delete Sport Information
i. Click the red button with a trash bin icon inside a certain sport’s box
ii. Prompts with a confirmation message
iii. Click Yes, Delete it
iv. Prompts with a success message if deleting of sport information is
successful and with an error message if not

3. Manage Athletic Meets


A. Click the Manage Athletic Meets link on the left menu
B. The List of Athletic Meets will be displayed
C. View Athletic Meet
i. Click the drop-down button named “Actions” and click View
D. Add Athletic Meet
i. Click the Add Athletic Meet button
ii. Input necessary information
iii. Click Save Changes
iv. Prompts with a success message if adding of athletic meet is successful
and with an error message if not
E. Edit Athletic Meet Information
i. Click the drop-down button named “Actions” and click Edit
ii. Input necessary changes
iii. Click Save Changes

4. Manage Files
A. Click the Manage Files link on the left menu
B. The List of Files uploaded will be displayed
C. Download File
i. Click the drop-down button named “Actions” and click Download
D. Upload File
i. Click the Upload File button
ii. Input necessary information
iii. Click Save Changes
iv. Prompts with a success message if uploading of file is successful and
with an error message if not
E. Delete File
i. Click the drop-down button named “Actions” and click Delete
ii. Prompts with a confirmation message
iii. Click Yes, Delete it!
iv. Prompts with a success message if deleting of file is successful and with
an error message if not

5. Manage Upper Meet Lineup


A. Click the Manage Upper Meet Lineup link on the left menu
B. The List of Sports in box type which is sorted by level will be displayed
C. Click Manage for a certain sport
D. The List of Sport Events for the sport will be displayed
E. Click Add Lineup
F. Choose Athletes and Coaches for Upper Meet Lineup
G. Click Submit Lineup
H. Prompts with a success message if submission of upper meet lineup is
successful and with an error message if not

6. View Profiles
A. Click the View Profiles link on the left menu
B. Click the preferred profile type (Athlete or Coach)
C. The List of Profiles based on type will be displayed
D. Click the View button

7. View Teams
A. Click the View Teams link on the left menu
B. Click the preferred level (Elementary or Secondary)
C. The List of Sports in box type will be displayed
D. Click View Teams for a certain sport
E. The List of Sport Events will be displayed
F. Click View Teams
G. The List of Teams will be displayed
H. Click View Members
I. Team Member’s details will be displayed

8. View Schools
A. Click the View Schools link on the left menu
B. The List of Schools will be displayed

9. View Clusters
A. Click the View Clusters link on the left menu
B. The List of Clusters will be displayed

10. View Games


A. Click the View Games link on the left menu
B. Select the preferred level (Elementary or Secondary)
C. The List of Sport Events sorted by sport will be displayed based on the level
selected
D. Click View game for a certain sport event

11. View Overall Results


A. Click the View Overall Results link on the left menu
B. Select Sport type and level
C. Click View Result
D. The List of Results sorted by sport will be displayed

12. View Incident Reports


A. Click the View Incident Reports link on the left menu
B. The List of Incident Reports will be displayed
C. Click View for a specific incident report
D. Incident Report details will be displayed

13. View Reports


A. Click the Reports link on the left menu
B. Click the preferred report type (Athlete, Coach or Athletic Meet History)
C. Select filter
D. A table will be displayed based on the filter selected
CLUSTER SPORTS HEAD’S GUIDE

1. Log-in
A. Input account details (username & password)
B. Click Sign in
C. If prompted with “Wrong Credentials!” go back to A

2. Register Participants
A. Click the Register Participants link on the left menu
B. Click the preferred type of participant to register (Athlete or Coach)
C. Choose level and sport to register participant
D. Click Proceed
E. Complete the registration for by inputting necessary information
i. Click Save As Draft to save registration to drafts
1. Prompts with a confirmation message
2. Click Yes, Save As Draft!
3. Prompts with a success message if saving in drafts is successful
and with an error message if not
ii. Click Register
1. Prompts with a confirmation message
2. Click Yes, Register Athlete / Coach!
3. Prompts with a success message if submission of registration is
successful and with an error message if not
F. Click the Drafts link under the Register Participants link to manage drafts
G. Follow step E

3. Create Teams
A. Click the Create Teams link on the left menu
B. Click the preferred level for creating team (Elementary or Secondary)
C. The List of Sports in box type will be shown based on level selected
D. Click Create Team inside a certain sport
E. The List of Sport Events will be displayed
F. Click Add Team for a certain sport event
G. Prompts with a confirmation message
H. Click Yes, Proceed!
I. Choose the athletes and coach to compose the team
i. Click Previous Lineup to show lineup from previous athletic meet
ii. Click Use Team to proceed to using this team for this current athletic
meet
J. Click Create Team
K. Prompts with a success message if creation of team is successful and with an
error message if not
4. View Profiles
A. Click the View Profiles link on the left menu
B. Click the preferred profile type (Athlete or Coach)
C. The List of Profiles based on type will be displayed
D. Click the View button
