Controlling & organize the students in the theatre

Let the students have fun day with the monster activities such as; making their own monster in front of the
children, but in the same time reviewing math & literacy. We will use with the students the bell to make fast
management.

2. Describe what you will do to help achieve your goal (Strategies Used)

Engage the students before starting the story.


Tell the story with making some actions.
Create activities that attract them.
Using the characters of the story.

I will know that I am achieving my goal at the end of the day or the lesson when I will make assessment for
them and ask them some questions that related to what we’ve take.

- Start a warmer activity by play the monster song for them and let them song and dance.

- Begin with the story with loud voice, asking them about what they can see in the cover page.

Independent Experience (small group activity 1)

- We will choose 2 students, 1 boy and 1 girl. They will have big shapes, we will let them make their
own monster by using some materials.

Independent Experience (small group activity 2)

- Students will have some materials such as; plastic plates – googly eyes – colourful papers – glue –
scissors, with the materials that we will give it to them they will create their own monster.

Independent Experience (small group activity 3)

- They will have a sheet like a monster shape, cartoon, and some colours. They will put the cartoon
on the colours then they will print it on the sheet that include monster shape.
