 FOOD WASTE COMPOSTER MACHINE

The main objectives for our machine are to make the kitchen place
clean and to reduce the unpleasant smell. Food waste disposal machine
is a machine to recycle for the purpose of re-using waste food to serve
as fertilizer. This machine was created for the purpose of applying for
food waste that discarded are usually the cause of unpleasant odours
area behind a restaurant, cafe and small and medium industry

types of shredder namely paper

certain space

CRUSHER

 It is a machine that chops material

while mixing it, by means of a high-
speed spinning blade.
 crusher used here resembles a meat
grinder in that both have propeller-
shaped cutting blades
 meat grinders (and food mills) use a
scissor cutting action as the blades
rotate against a perforated metal
plate
 crusher rotate at speeds as high as
20,000 to 30,000 rpm at no load but
 it will reduce its speed at load
conditions which will not be much
lower from the load condition
 cutting and shearing action are
made with high speed using high
rpm motor.
