Lisa M. Elliott, being first duly sworn upon oath, states and alleges as follows:

1. That I am the attorney representing Petitioners David Rucki, Samantha Rucki and Minor
Children in this proceeding;

2. This Court’s Order dated March 1, 2018, paragraph 1, states as follows:

“Respondent shall serve 30 days in the Dakota County Jail. Execution is stayed for 10
days, until March 9,2018 at 9:00 a.m., on the following purge conditions:

Prior to March 9, 2018 at 9:00 a.m., Respondent shall remove ALL

blog/postings, social media postings, or internet postings that refer to the Rucki family as
named in the Harassment Restraining Order, including all of the December 12, 2017 post
and the following blog posts:”

3. Respondent has failed to comply with the purge conditions contained in this Court’s
March 1, 2018 Order.

 4. I have conducted an online search finding that Respondent has not removed ALL
blogs/postings, social media postings and internet postings that refer to the Rucki family
as required by this Court’s March 1, 2018 Order including but not limited to the
following:

5. Red Herring Alert Blog continues to host content including videos, photos and documents
which were subject to deletion by this Court’s March 1, 2018 Order.

6. This Court’s Order dated March 1, 2018, paragraph 2, states, “If Respondent does not
comply with the above purge conditions, she shall report to the Dakota County Jail on
March 9, 2018 at 9:00 a.m.”

7. As of the filing of this Affidavit, Respondent has not reported to the Dakota County Jail.

8. To date the Respondent has not complied with the purge conditions and has not reported
to jail.

9. Accordingly, Petitioners request that the Court issue a warrant for Respondent’s arrest
pursuant to this Court’s Order dated March 1, 2018.
