I am writing to formally introduce to you our <2nd/3rd> year student who is seeking an
opportunity to train with your firm in <Computer/Electrical/Telecommunication> Engineering
or related work. The training period is ten (10) weeks starting Monday May 21st and ending
Friday July 27th, 2018. Industrial training is a prerequisite for graduation in the B.Sc.
<Computer/Electrical/Telecommunication> Engineering programme, and as such should be
undertaken prior to completion of undergraduate studies.

The student is expected to abide by your company policy or administrative instructions that
govern students on internship and those that govern other employees. On completion of the
Industrial Training Programme, the Trainee should be able to:
 Communicate effectively with fellow workers and supervisors on issues related to
activities undertaken.
 Demonstrate and practice good working ethics.
 Attest and practice high-quality organizational skills in enhancing individual and group
effectiveness and productivity.
 Demonstrate creativity and innovation in solving problems related to real-life projects.
 Exhibit pleasant interpersonal skills in developing understanding and appreciation of
individual differences and interpersonal skills in building self-confidence.
 Work independently or under very minimal supervision.
 Demonstrate good planning, good management, constant monitoring and quality
delivery of project undertaken.
