Should everyone who kills someone be given the death penalty?

Introduction

Everyone has the right to live their life. Murders are very common in every country. Death
penalty is initiated from the beginning. The other name death penalty is also known as capital
crime. In death penalty a person is hanged to death as a punishment for a crime. The first death
penalty law was held in eighteenth century and can be found in Code of King Hammurabi of
Babylon (Reggio, 2014). Death penalty is introduced in constitution of America to provide
security to its people. Initially, in USA the punishment of crimes other than homicide is
considered as the death penalty. Now only the homicide is considered as the capital crime
(opinionfront, 2018).

Argument

Human life is so valuable and no one has the right to finish it. The murderer should give the
death penalty if he attempt for murder. By giving the death penalty the crime rate will be
lower. If mercy is given to murderer than everyone will try to attempt murders knowing that
there will no justice for this. Death penalty should be made in front of everyone so that everyone
learned a lesson from this and never try to put the attempt of murder to anyone. Our history has
also showed this that the death penalty should be given to murder because the revenge of murder
is murder.

The laws should be made for the death penalty. By giving the death penalty everyone will feel
secure and not afraid of going outside. This will also let the criminals to afraid from the crime. If
laws were not made than there will be security issue for the people and criminals will feel free of
doing crimes. Death penalty consoled the family of victim that the murdered has been dead. The
criminals should be given death penalty in front of everyone.

If we place prisoners in a state than there will impose much cost on them. In some states of USA
like Connecticut Washington state of New York the average cost per prisoner is $50,000-
$60,000 per year. This cost is more than paid on average student and also his taxes. Instead of
waste money on prisoner it will be better to give him death penalty and invest that money to
Education and Health department (CBS News, 2012). There are criminals who are so bad that
government have to pay a lot of tax on them in order to save the life of people.

Conclusion

This essay highlights importance of death penalty in society. The murderer should be given death
penalty if charge is proved. The death penalty will spread fear into the environment and
criminals will feel fear in doing crimes. If laws were made about the death penalty than the
safety of people increases and the crime rate decreases. Criminals will be afraid of doing crimes.
It is so much difficult to support the prisoners in jail because in some places of USA the cost of
supporting the prisoners is almost $50,000-$60,000 per year.

6- The death penalty should be given to kill murderer. The prison cost is much more than
the average cost of student cost including their tax. Many of prisoner release from prison
after some years and again start killing the people.
7- Many people believe that providing death penalty is not the answer to the question. There
should be reincarnation done in order to change the death penalty concept. This is due to
the mass penalties given on the crimes which were not proved on serious conviction.
Secondly every crime has a special cause therefore killing a person would be rendered
according to voluntary act. This is justified as death penalty can be changed with
imprisonment and rehabilitation. Next the society overview moves against the nature of
death penalty. People argument relating this penalty has changed the conviction and it
can be justified with changes in legal rules.
8- People should always try to stop the criminals for doing crime. They should realize the
importance of death penalty. They should understand that how much positivity will came
in our society if there impose a law of death penalty in the society.
