 Defined and led the development of XML based APIs to facilitate OSS/BSS systems to
programmatically provision services.
 Led product development of Rich Communications Messaging server offering messaging service
in all-IP/IMS network.
 A hosted messaging solution enabled smaller carriers to offer their subscribers feature rich
messaging and paved the path to transform to all-IP network.
 Defined scope of end to end proof of concept trials that included integration with RCS mobile
clients, IMS core and other voice services.

Universal profile 1.0, collaborating with several global RCS mobile client vendors.

CDMA wireless technology system.
 Designed and implemented fragmentation and re-assembly of Internet Protocol packets in the native
UDP/IP stack which introduced efficient delivary of packets to transport layer.
 Implemented state machines that enabled of data connection between the base station controller and
Packet Data Serving node to enable data in the CDMA wireless system .
