NOTICE OF COMMUNICATION OF DEADLINE

On September 7, 2010, the Court granted the undersigned’s Motion to Withdraw. (D.E.

60). That Order set a deadline of October 1, 2010 for the corporate and unincorporated

association plaintiffs to find alternate counsel. Id. The Order also required individual plaintiffs

Wilkinson and McClellan to either make pro se appearances or to likewise find alternate counsel.

Id.

Earlier today the Clerk of Court issued a Notice to Filer re [60] Order on Motion to

Withdraw as Attorney noting that “Filer must electronically file a Notice of Current Pro Se Party

Address within five (5) business days if the Motion to Withdraw is Granted.” (D.E. 62).

Immediately thereafter, Chambers contacted the undersigned and informed the same that

individual plaintiffs Wilkinson and McClellan should either give notice of their intention to

proceed pro se or find alternate counsel by October 1, 2010.

The undersigned therefore gives notice that it had previously informed the plaintiffs of

the Court’s Order, and has now informed plaintiffs Wilkinson and McClellan that they should

likewise either give notice of their intention to proceed pro se or find alternate counsel by

October 1, 2010.
