inferiores a 3mm (1/8”).

Carbono (C) igual o menor a 0.5%, Cromo (Cr) igual o mayor a 10.5%, Hierro (Fe) mayor a cualquier otro
elemento.

ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code (Código de Calderas y Recipientes a Presión).
VII y XII):

 Sección I: Calderas de potencia.

 Sección II: Especificaciones de materiales ferrosos, especificaciones de materiales, varillas de

soldadura, electrodos y materiales de aporte.

 Sección III: Componentes de Plantas de energía nuclear.

 Sección IV: Calderas de calefacción.

 Sección V: Pruebas no destructivas

 Sección VIII: Recipientes a presión, divisiones I, II y III.

bridas, válvulas y bombas) y accesorios (codos, uniones, tees).

API 650 Welded Steel Tanks for Oil Storage (Tanques de Acero Soldados para Almacenamiento de
Combustible).

API 1104 Welding of Pipelines and Related Facilities (Soldadura de Oleoductos e Instalaciones Similares).
