    1. They train plant leader on how to improve performance and on setting and
    communicating performance goals.
    2. They in tern communicated and tracked daily goals attainment by distributing team
    scorecards to the plants work team.
    3. Plant employees received special coaching and training to ensure they had the skills
    required for achieving goals.
