First, we should prepare all of the stuff, like tools and all of the ingredients that we need to cook

Vegetable Tempura. The tools that we need is a basic tools to cook such as knife, stove, plate.
After that, we should prepare the ingredients, that is:
- One / A cauliflower
- A purple eggplant
- A carrot
- An onion
And, the ingredients for the coatings are:
- One egg
- 200 ml ice water (two hundreds milliliter of ice water)
- 3 tablespoon of wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch (maizena flour)
- Seasoning
After we got all of the stuff that we need, we can start making the Vegetable Tempura.
The first step is, we should cut the vegetables as we want, after that let them half dry.
Next, we make the coatings. How? First, mix the egg and the ice water. After that, pour the wheat
flour and the cornstarch little by little while we stir all of the ingredients slowly. After the coatings
is ready, then we take one slice of the vegetable and dip it to the coatings and then drop it to the
pan with the hot oil inside. After that, just repeat the steps, take the slices of the vegetables, dip it
to the coatings and fry it. When we fry the vegetables, don’t drop too much inside the pan, it will
cause the vegetables absorb too much oil because the vegetables can’t be fried perfectly. Just take
4 till 5 slices and fry it. After the it looks golden, take it and drain the oil out. Tempura is crispy
and smooth when it’s hot. When it’s already cool, the coatings will be loose or flabby. So it will
be better if we serve the Vegetable Tempura right after we fried it. If we eat the Tempura directly
after a minute we take it out from the pan, it feels like something is missing. So, we want to add a
sauce to make it more perfect. We will make Kipomen Sauce, it is a soy sauce with Kipomen brand
on it. So, what do we need in case to make this delicious sauce?
The first, we need Soy Sauce (Kipomen Brand), we also need onions that we will cut in brunoa
style. Don’t forget the tomato, that also we have to cut in brunoa style. The last, we need lime
juice. How to make it? Just mix all of the ingredients in one basin and after that stir slowly until
the ingredients mixed well.
After we got the sauce, we can serve it. First, put the Tempura on the plate and we got the sauce
beside it in a beautiful small bowl. And…
