1. HIGHLIGHTS OF ACCOMPLISHMENTS

A. PROVINCIAL CLUSTER MEETING

1st Provincial Cluster Meeting was held on February 1, 2016 at Grand Tower Suites,
Iloilo City. Target Setting was discussed for each municipality and the thrusts of SLP
for 2016 were tackled. Eighty nine (89) Pantawid beneficiaries are targeted for
microenterprise development and one hundred forty (140) Pantawid beneficiaries will
be served through the employment facilitation track.

CASH FOR BUILDING LIVELIHOOD ASSET

The Cash for Building Livelihood Asset fund was transferred to the LGU of Estancia. Pre-
Implementation orientation was conducted per barangay with assistance from the CBLA
management team. The participants were involved in river clean up and sand bag slope
 protection, feeder port and Estancia public market clean up, hauling of materials for KC
project in Manipulon Island and Land preparation for vegetable garden in Brgy. Daculan.
The pay-out for the CBLA projects was held last March 1-2, 2016 at Estancia Municipal
Hall.
