Perdix (Daedalus’ nephew) is trying to destroy Athens for harboring the man who tried to kill him. He
sends waves of ships piloted by Automaton into Athens. At first people assume this is an attack led by
Daedalus but he denies it and assumes one of his apprentices is copying his designs. Ships carry
Oxybelles.

Eventually the partridge headed bot comes out to fight. Winged Archers.

Partridge rebirth!

Campe (scorpion woman) is driven mad and charges through Athens. Campe drank tainted water (with
her own poison) and slipped away from guarding the doors to Tartarus. There is an escape from where
the beasts / monsters / titans are held in Tartarus. Upon venturing into the Underworld, the dead and
tortured of the prison have risen up, fed on the blood of the Titans. Hekatonchires and Cyclopes fight
them. Astraeus and Eos (dusk and dawn). One or both escapes. Tartarus itself is helping them escape.

The Ellenic: Believe that all of the Greek city states should be united under one Tyrant. It is believed
the archon basileus's wife, the basilinna, had to marry and have intercourse with the
god Dionysos during a festival at the Boukoleion in Athens, to ensure the city's safety. It is uncertain how
this was enacted. In fact the Basilinna collects the seed of the titan to feed the soldiers in the army. PC
notices someone has been futzing with the weather to drive up the price of grain.

In modern times the Ellenic are trying to find the support they need without the Queen gathering the
power of a Titan, so they turn to the Rosetta stone which In addition to the lost human languages, has
two pre-human (so-called Elder) tongues represented—scripts so inhuman, they defy efforts to
copy them with plaster casts, rubbings, or transcription.

Jacques de Menou of the Société Scientifique Impériale seeks the help of Marcus Fontius, that he
might rid himself of the broken pieces of the Rosetta Stone. There are four pieces missing, the
illuminated top piece with ritualistic symbology, the piece below and the piece below that both of
which have written on them a magical tongue used to bind creatures older than man, the last piece
is the bottom right hand corner which also bears a bit of iconography. Jacque is found dead on the
boat docking near London. The players become involved because the police are seeking persons
who can read Ancient Greek in which the passenger and sole survivor of the ship (mad though he is)
wrote his diary. Knowing that only someone who had mastered the Ancient tongue through the
Rosetta Stone (which he knew Marcus Fontius had) would be able to understand the ritual within.
The diary points to a hiding place off the ship (guarded by spirits of water). The head stone was tied
to the bottom of the boat and allowed to drag behind. Marcus was to find the piece and perform a
described blood ritual which would cause it to lead to the other pieces… like drawn to like. Each of
the pieces was spent to someone with the strength to protect it temporarily.

When all the pieces are recovered and given to Marcus he can draw on mystical power to destroy them.
He travel to a circle like Stone henge and the rocks come to life driven by eldritch power to protect the
stone and the language link.

The Minoans (The Hunt) (friends of Artemis) are wealthy hunters that bag humans whenever they can.
The lot of them claim descent from a God and to join you must prove your worth.
