Spirit you wish to work with on a piece of plain white paper. When you have done this, write on the blank
reverse side your name and underneath write down what it is you want. Attach the Seal to a piece of card to keep

gold candle at the center of the table, and in front of it the Magic Seal. Light candle, and say:
