★ If I am unable to go abroad, can I still open an expansion?
○ It is expected that all people who open an LC have previous AIESEC experience. This is
primarily in the form of an exchange, but can also include being a part of an LC abroad. It is at
the discretion of the Vice President of Organizational Development.

★ If I complete the application will I be guaranteed an interview?

○ No. Completing the application does not guarantee an interview. You will receive an email as to
whether or not your application has been accepted.

★ What increases my chances of being selected?

○ Being thorough in your application and showing viability through exchange. Managing an
expansion is a big commitment so we look for individuals who understand the effort it will take
and are aligned to the AIESEC values.
