Binary carbide gauge places wear resistant

semi-round top carbide inserts between the
primary gauge inserts to enhance gauge retention in 26” TCTSi18BCR, SN PZ4452
transitional drilling. This substantially improves gauge 207m @ 3.70m/hr
durability and allows longer in-gauge bit runs. Dull: 2-2-TR-M-E-2-RG-DTF
Run w/PowerDriveX6 Vortex-ERT*
The DogBone* insert's unique geometry provides
maximum resistance to breakage without sacrificing ROP.
This patented insert geometry combines larger radius insert
corners with a small radius inner tip which maximizes
resistance to breakage.

The sealed precision roller bearing provides a

robust, reliable platform capable of excellent performance
in a wide range of applications. Tight tolerance surfaces
and controlled contour rollers provide significantly
improved bearing life and allow the bit to drill at a high
ROP for extended periods of time.

The Gemini twin seal system consists of a primary

seal which protects the bearing, and a secondary seal that
protects the primary seal. This dual seal system will 26” TCTSi18BCR, SN PZ4522
perform reliably for extended periods of time in high RPM, 86m @ 2.58m/hr
