Dedicated Leader and Great Problem Solver; I was elected as a regional officer for my youth group where I 
spent hours on stage, I lead groups as large as 116 people through many activities and problems. I am a 
confident leader and can organize groups well. 
 
Expert Advertiser and Excellent Customer Service Skills; During my time as a bank teller I was in charge of 
making posters, commercials, and powerpoints to advertise our products, I talked in front of classes and 
board members. Also during this time I learned how to handle any customer and effectively deal with any 
problem or complaint as it was our goal to have the best customer service in the industry.
