where 30 days prior notice is not given, payment of an average wage in

Starting salary for nurse assistants who have graduated from school is set at 126,000
yen ,however, taking into consideration experienced nurses, their salary is set at
130,000 yen. In cases where qualifications are actually obtained as a nurse, the nurses
salary will conform to the nurse starting salary rates set by this hospital. Costs relating
to the training period will be partly supported in practice, and a scheme to support the
acquisition of a nurses qualification will be in effect while the individual works.
Japanese language training will take place partly in-house, from a hospital employee
who is a licensed junior/senior high school teacher (English lecturer).
