Subject: Regarding Medical Leave Adjustment from 29/08/2017 to 31/08/2017.

Respected Sir,
I, Imran sharieff, from EEE dept., was not able to attend college due to the delivery of my
wife on 29th August 2017 in Rainbow Hospital Kondapur. As I did not have any elderly support in
Hyderabad; my presence in Hospital was of utmost importance to both my wife and the baby. I have
conveyed prior message of my absence to the Head of Department (HoD), since, I was constantly
supporting my family during that crucial time, I was not able to apply for leave before hand. I hope you
understand my situation during such times.

I, sincerely request you to grant me leave on medical grounds without any loss of pay from 29th
August to 31st August, 2017. I would be indebted for your support during these critical times of my life.
