1. What will be the first EMI Date?
Ans. First EMI will hit post 30 Days from the date of application closest to any of 4 EMI
cycles which fall on 1st-5th-16th-20th of every month.
Eg. Application 21st march – EMI 1st May, Application 7th April – EMI 16th May

2. When can a customer preclose a loan and are there any charges?
Ans. No charges and preclose the pending amount anytime.

1. When does Service Provider courier copies of documents and where?
Ans. On every Thursday and Monday service provider to courier documents to

(Not Applicable for Bangalore, Chennai and Delhi; will be picked up by CF)
