Your lordship the counsel here seeks to present before the Hon’ble Supreme court The trial
which was proceeded as S.T. No. 390 of2005 in the Court of Additional Sessions Judge.

Your lordship it is humbly submitted before the SC that the said case has been aggrieved by the
trial court and also its appeal has been dismissed by the Hon’ble Allahabad high court dated
21.04.15 and the hon’ble high court upheld the judgment of conviction and the sentence passed
by the Trial Court.
