Beginning the Lesson
1. Rules
 Before we start the lesson I will introduce myself and I will let the
students know the rules in my class
 Raise your hand before you talk
 Respect teacher and other classmates
 Teacher claps three times means the teacher needs attention OR “one,
two, three; eyes on me”
 Two figures means toilet
 Thumb up means water
 Be quiet during the teaching. If students have any question should
raise their hand first and if they got the permission then they can talk
 Listen carefully---instructions

2. One class one verse


 1 Thessalonians 5: 17 ---Pray continually.
Encourage students to pray all the time. God is our good all the time
and all the time God is good. We should love our God.

Developing the Lesson


 Teacher will read a story aloud, asking children to notice examples of fact and
opinion as they listen.
 A Moose in the Bathroom (From text book)
 The students already have the book. After reading, let the student share about
their opinions (thoughts) about the fact and opinions in this article
 Which part of this sentence is a fact? The cabin Carrie’s family lived in was right
next to a lake, and Carrie and Luke soon found the best place to wade and swim.

 What word in the sentence Carrie didn’t think that was a very good answer helps

Closing the Lesson


 Ask some students to summarize what is a fact and what is an opinion or they can
give an example
